•Medical visitors to Tijuana now have shorter waits at the border. The Tijuana Economic Development, the City of Tijuana and the Medical Boards, including Hospitals and Clinics, have a established a special access lane for medical visitors at the San Ysidro border crossing. When visiting us in Tijuana, we can provide you with an access pass that can be used to enter the left lanes of the San Ysidro crossing at the point of the old carpool lanes. The lane can be accessed from 2nd avenue (Down Town). This access can save visitors up to 1:30 hours of border wait, reducing it to 20 to 35 minutes.
